I’ve had an adult website hosted through Orange for a few years now and I am overall satisfied with them. They reply promptly if I ever have an issue, and their prices are pretty competitive. I have the platinum hosting plan and SSL certification through them. I did have some confusion pertaining to renewing my SSL but they were able to clarify that I needed to renew it myself by clicking a verification link through my CPanel email inbox in addition to paying to renew it. Besides that hiccup I don’t have any complaints regarding their services. Originally my website was reported and taken down by several US website hosts. Since switching to Orange I have not faced any issues with website removal issues!

I am utterly appalled by the practices of OrangeWebsite.com. This company blatantly allows fraudulent and defamatory websites containing criminal content to operate on their hosting platform. When contacted about these egregious violations, they outright REFUSE to take action and remove such harmful sites, showing a complete disregard for ethics and the law.

Their negligence in permitting these websites to continue is not only irresponsible but deeply troubling. It is clear that OrangeWebsite prioritizes profit over any sense of accountability or integrity. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this company unless they are comfortable supporting a platform that enables and protects cybercriminals and scammers.

Do not trust this hosting provider. They are complicit in hosting malicious actors and refuse to take responsibility when it’s brought to their attention.

While this company may cost a little more than it's competitors what you get with it is an unparalleled respect for freedom of expression and speech, something most other domain hosting services only pretend to have under the context of "as long as it isn't offensive speech". Of course what they mean by this is, "as long as your website is part of the preapproved media narrative then it is allowed". With OrangeWebsite.com rest assured your website is safe from malicious attacks and lies and slander. Unless you want to host porn, which is filth and garbage that should be eradicated, you should have nothing to worry about with OrangeWebsite

On top of that, you get customer service that is unrivaled. You will get answered promptly. There is no wait 1-3 days for a response. I think the very longest I have waited for a reply is two hours and that is because they had to sort out some technical stuff, but usually your initial question is answered within 15-20 minutes, and sometimes I have had it answered within 3 minutes. They are always polite and courtesy and on point with their customer service.

Words simply cannot describe how amazing their customer service is. Anyone who claims to have bad experiences with their customer service, I genuinely do not believe you.

I proudly recommend this company over the other popular names. Pay the little bit extra and feel safe knowing you have true free speech and customer service that is simply unrivaled.

2FA didn't work, it got disabled twice and when I reported it, I got referred to the instruction page. I was also able to avoid 2FA by clicking through from the main page. Email redirect also disabled after setting up. Bizarre confusion over payments. Any attempt to make payment generated a receipt which got added to the money owed.

i think this domain vendor is trustworthy, especially since its from iceland. you can obv get cheaper domains from the US but, idk, i think its more worth it to invest in a company like this that will help you no matter what.

These guys are legit. It's a little pricey but it's worth it when you see the support you get, the performance, and the insights they provide.

I'm a real monkey when it comes to all this hosting stuff; all I can do is fiddle around with a website builder.

I got the Emerald package for Wordpress to host my semi-busy Woocommerce site. It's been really easy to migrate my service from my previous hosting provide. They were extremely helpful making sure all my ducks were in a row so there was limited downtime and loss of orders/customers.

It's great knowing that I can create a tech support ticket at any hour, day, and even on holidays. There's always someone to respond to my questions big or small whether it has to do with a simple billing request or fixing something with my WordPress site. They even walked me through several ways to increase my website performance and explained in clear English my questions regarding different domain extensions and their requirements. It's not just the price of hosting and domain registration, but it's the whole package. I recently signed up with Orange Website and added three websites to my hosting plan.
After a week or so, I realised I needed a more powerful setup and the Orange Website support team migrated all my websites and files to a faster server dedicated to Wordpress websites.
So far, the support team have been fantastic, they are quick to reply, they offer great advice which is easy to understand and have checked in on several occasions with me to ensure everything is running smoothly and that Im happy with the service.
So far, I can't fault this company and I look forward to being with them for many years.

Terrible customer service. When ordering a domain and hosting at no point during checkout did it inform me that I needed a passport to confirm my identity for the domain and to add insult to injury the domain register was communicating in different language. I contacted support who said it was my tough luck and I needed to provide ID. Given that they advertise as privacy friendly it didn’t sit well with me, never have other webhosts or domain reg website demanded ID before.
The domain remained offline, unusable.

The company in the past claimed to be from Iceland but now Orangewebsite Hong Kong limited appear on the billing so i suspect its changed management and it’s now poorer support.

They said they had a no refund policy, so I contacted payment support and got a full refund as I wasn’t supplied the domain that I paid for.

Looking through the domains they host there are some legally questionable websites that they host so having seen this and their responses to support or lack there of, I’m never using orangewebsite ever again. If you care about privacy I don’t think a Hong Kong company with lack of support is the way to go especially if they demand ID. I wanted to the domain to host personal email as I was fed up with adverts and ad trackers in my email. I’ll be looking elsewhere

Offshore webhosting site currently being used by a large spam gang. OrangeWebsite hosts malware and FakeAV droppers, which the spammers advertise by mass-broadcast SMS spam.
