I love the services of this hosting, it is something cheap from the competition, The processors that some sell are fast, the support is very fast, I would recommend buying here for xeons

I have been with hosting bot for a couple of years on and off and they have great uptime and amazing customer support. I get responses in tickets from 2-10 minutes depending on the time, and they always resolve my issue quickly.

As for the vps', they have an automatic setup process which means your vps is setup in less than 5 minutes after you have purchased. Never had any issues, they provide a setup guide for windows server as well and the value for money is great.

They give great performance, double ram deals, really good offers and overall great service. I would recommend hosting bot 10/10 times, they deserve more than 5 stars.

I used the 9-dollar plan located in Dallas. It's really fast and well-priced. I highly recommend Hosting Bot, LLC because it has fast support in the Discord Server and are very helpful.

Originally, we agreed to a deal with HostingBot where we would be able to colocate to their data center at no cost until the beginning of the next year and only need to pay $50/month if we were to get a customer at our full-service cost ($85/mo).

After being removed from the support discord, our server was deracked and shut off the network access in the middle of doing something. Then, we were contacted and told to pay $85 for the deracking of the server (against our choice) and packing of the server in a box. We paid the bill as soon as possible, but to our surprise, we were put in a queue while they took 7 days to find a box to put our server in and ship the server out.

Once the server was picked up finally from the data center. We were promptly banned from the site and billing panel.

There services are amazing and I got a VPS for my discord bot, Best thing I ever did! There services are easy to use etc. The owner doesn't mind if you dm him/her for help and the staff help/tickets they respond within hours to minutes!

Don't know what that kid is on about below, but have had nothing but fast support and HQ hardware. The staff helped me for over 3 hours with an issue until it was fully resolved. If you are looking for HQ servers, these guys our your best deal not to mention fire prices. Mad respect!

Words can’t even describe how amazing Hostingbot is. Not only is their service absolutely amazing it’s 100% reliable. Don’t even get me started on their customer service. Their custom service is absolutely amazing, they are all very friendly and more then happy to help you with whatever your issue is. 5 stars isn’t enough. Been a customer of Hosting Bot for about a day, honestly the best VPS service out there. I've tried Virmach, and VULTR, and the prices Hosting Bot offers are unbeatable and would honestly recommend to anyone. Their support is amazing and helped me setup a windows VPS quick and easy.

So I've frankly never written a review on Trustpilot before. But this service honestly deserves an exception!

The service in itself is spectacular, high performing, EXTREMELY good value, and constantly maintained/watched over by a diligent owner and their staff team. Offering all kinds of things related to hosting is what they do, and they make a GREAT point on delivering on what they promise, as quickly as possible, while being flexible and welcoming. Have NOT had an issue I needed resolved that I didn't cause MYSELF (No, the -service- never failed me, I goofed up! And they helped me get going again within a couple minutes without a hitch!

The staff team in themselves are VERY friendly, outgoing, helpful, and don't take it hard on you if you don't know how to do something in specific. Which honestly, I REALLY appreciate, since this is the first service I've gotten QUITE a lot more from than others I've been with.

Class A+ Service, Class A+ Customer Service, Class A+ Pricing! I'd DEFINITELY get more services from them soon!

I was looking for a way to host a few discord bots as well as my website. I was referred to hostingbot.net by a friend. I could not believe how cheap their prices were! I ordered a 2GB ram VPS. I have now had it for a few weeks and it’s been amazing. VPS speeds are fast and very reliable.
I had a few questions so I got into the discord for hostingbot.net. I asked the owner some questions and he helped me out very quickly!
Overall service was 5 stars and I would recommend to anyone.

This review is about my experience with HostingBot's Web Hosting, whereas my previous one was with their VPS / VDS servers.

Upon first receiving web hosting, it was with DirectAdmin which was still very reliable in uptime but then it got even better when they invested in cPanel! I have been using cPanel for a very long time so I am used to it, to have that along with their amazing uptime / service is great.

Even when there is downtime which is very rare, it is scheduled days in advance and normally lasts not even an hour, everything gets back up very quick.

As usual, the support is amazing and friendly within their Discord and live chat, you cannot fault HostingBot!

not only did they help me from start to finish, they went the extra mile to try and make the process easier, it didn't work but they had it fixed immediately. I highly recommend them there staff are very nice and are more then happy to help/answer your questions.
