服务器评测Ubuntu rsync 3.0 daemon部署注意一下4点：
1 不会自动生成/etc/rsynd.conf 要自己创建 并加入模块 和uid gid

2，在/etc/default里面的rsync文件里面开启 daemon模式RSYNC_ENABLE=true
3 ，指定的secrets file 权限 其他人不能read o-r
4，uid gid 会替换相关的同步文件到指定uid gid 组
